We will be pleased to help you and if the product is found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement immediately – for this reason we ask that you keep your packaging!
The helpline is open from 9-5 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), if your call falls outside these hours, please leave us a message and we will return your call. We aim to exchange faulty product in 2-3 working days
